Marcel Bruckner makes his lifelong dream come true. We were tasked with giving his dream a name and branding. Tailored to the venue, according to his wishes, simple with style. In his bistro-style restaurant he offers a fine selection of food and beverages in cosy ambience. In the style of a brasserie - a blend between bistro and restaurant. We took the French title and added it to the owner’s name, creating the brasserie Brucknerei – s’feine Wirtshaus.

Opposites do not only attract, but in this case, they complement one another. The contemporary creativity of Marcel’s cuisine blends with his down-to-earth mentality. We pick up these opposites by using the word “Brasserie” in feminine handwriting and “Brucknerei” as counterpart in a bold, masculine font style for the logo. Keeping it black and white for good readability. Salt and wine, as symbols for F&B, were formed and styled to be visually banned in pictures. Adding a lot of love for the detail, just like Marcel does in his kitchen, we were tasked to design some printed items too.
